Terms of Service
Please read the following terms before registering and experiencing services organized by LinXTravel.
1. Tour Pricing
Tour prices are calculated in US Dollars (USD). Foreign currency payments will be converted at the bank exchange rate at the time of payment.
The price includes only items clearly listed in the "Included" section of the tour program. LinXTravel is not obligated to pay for any costs not included in this section.
2. Children's Pricing
- Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult price
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75%-100% of adult price (depending on airline and hotel policies)
- Children 12 years and older: Full adult price
3. Payment
When registering, please provide complete information and pay the full amount when booking the tour.
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer (Payment must be made to the account details provided by LinX Travel. There will be an additional charge (the range can fluctuate depending on the bank you use) added on top of the amount. The client is the person who is responsible for the outcoming fee (sending) and the missing costs due to foreign exchange rates)
- Online payment via VNPay
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Cancellation by LinXTravel
If LinXTravel cannot fulfill the tour, we will refund the full amount paid within 30 days from the cancellation notice.
4.2. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation fees apply based on when the customer confirms cancellation in writing:
Group from 2 to 10 pax:
- Cancellation made before 25 days prior to the arrival date: No charge.
- Cancellation made from 16–24 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of total booking will be charged.
- Cancellation made from 0–15 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of total booking will be charged.
Group from 11 pax:
- Cancellation made before 36 days prior to the arrival date: No charge.
- Cancellation made from 25–35 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of total booking will be charged.
- Cancellation made from 0–24 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of total booking will be charged.
Public Holiday Policy:
For tours that fall during public holiday periods, cancellations must be made at least 40 days prior to the arrival date to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 0–39 days before arrival will be subject to standard cancellation fees as stated above.
Air tickets:
100% of the airfare will be charged upon cancellation regardless of the number of days prior to the arrival date.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, war, etc.), LinXTravel will not be liable for compensation. Refunds will depend on the policies of service providers.
6. Travel Insurance
The tour price includes basic travel insurance coverage. You may purchase extended insurance packages if needed.
7. Health Commitment
Customers commit to being in good health to participate in the tour. Not suffering from dangerous diseases that may affect oneself and others. LinxTravel is not responsible for health issues arising during the tour.
